The ReCreators will teach you how to make your own household cleaners and beauty potions, in this fun, friendly workshop. Learn how you can save a fortune while reusing containers to help the planet.
We will introduce core basic ingredients, where to buy in bulk, and how a handful of ingredients can be transformed into a multitude of everyday products. Reuse your own containers and save a fortune by making these easy natural recipes.
We will cover the following recipes:
- Bath bombs
- Bath salts
- Sugar scrub
- Citrus, vodka salt scrub
- Spray Cleaner
- Laundry Detergent
- Dusting cloths
- Dishwasher powder
- Plus discussion around other recipes
All participants need to bring 8 empty containers (jars & bottles) to keep their lotions and potions in.
When: Sat 13 March 1-3pm
Where: Gribblehurst Hub, 5 Cabbage Tree Swamp Drive, Sandringham.
The Re-Creators are on a mission to teach New Zealand about upcycling, reducing, and reusing our resources, as well as sharing skills in reimagining 'waste' as creative opportunities!
