Tower of Hanoi Wooden Puzzle

Notify me when this product is available:

The Tower of Hanoi is a mathematical game or puzzle. It consists of three rods and a number of disks of different sizes, which can slide onto any rod.

The puzzle starts with the disks in a neat stack in ascending order of size on one rod.

The objective of the puzzle is to move the entire stack to another rod, obeying the simple rules as specified on the puzzle itself. The more discs you use – the harder the puzzle is to solve. Try and match the minimum number of moves, or time yourself, and race the clock!

Made from discs of wood, pencils, twigs or bamboo, and upcycled planks of discarded timber, I am happy to make the puzzle as requested. Colourful and fun or perhaps earthy tones with wax accentuating the beautiful wood. Please specify the number of discs required. 5 is usual. 6 suits a rainbow colouring and 7 is extraordinarily difficult to solve!

Measurements: 100mm X 250mm X 100mm.
