Be Creative - Be Sustainable - Mindfully Make
Proudly funded by Auckland Council, Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board.
WORKSHOP RUNS FROM 10 AM - 12 PM
For children 8+
In this workshop, kids will learn how to use a drill in detail and then design and assemble their own wooden robot. Using sandpaper and paints to decorate, this will be a toy that will last the test of time.
We use discarded offcuts of wood and mistinted paint.
Please remember to pack morning tea snacks and water for your children.
Wear old clothing that may get paint on it and closed-toe shoes.
Date: Friday 2 October, 10 AM - 12 PM (2hrs)
Location: Otara Community Centre, 20 Newbury Street
