My purchased item did not arrive, where is it?

All our of Re-Creators are responsible for shipping will track items.  You should receive a tracking number to help you locate your item.  If you have further questions, please contact help@therecreators.co.nz.

How many people do you employ?

The aim of this Social Enterprise is to act as a hub for upcycle artists (Re-Creators), to be scalable and eventually become a national brand for upcycling.  The number of artists on the website will vary.  We will try to include as many stories as possible to tell you about Re-Creators and their products. 

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Head to our returns section of our website and we'll get the problem sorted.

My Product has some marks?
