Shipping
Each Re-Creator (selling artist) is responsible for shipping their product. Goods will be shipped within 2-3 working days from order receipt. Please allow 5-7 working days for your goods to arrive.
Each of our products will be wrapped in reusable materials where possible and each artist ship each one in a re-used cardboard box to emphasise our commitment to reducing demands on the planet’s resources. We’re trying to keep our use of plastic to a minimum wherever possible!
We don’t ship on weekends or on public holidays so any orders placed during those times will be shipped the following Monday.
Our goods are intended for a New Zealand audience but if we receive international orders, we will contact you directly on the correct international shipping rate. For now though, if you want to place an international order, drop us a line at help@therecreators.co.nz and we’ll get you the best rate we can.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and by direct bank transfer into the following account 06-0878-0733245-00.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all of our products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in colour, texture and/or size. We love that this is what makes our products truly special and unique to you. Our Re-Creators will disclose where possible, any variances or issues with their products.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (excluding face masks), you may exchange or return it within 14 days by contacting us at help@therecreators.co.nz
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for face masks unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault with the mask. We cannot replace a face mask if the size is wrong, so order carefully.
If the product is being returned due to a fault on The ReCreators behalf, The ReCreators will pay the shipping.
If the product is being returned for any other reason, the customer will pay the shipping for the return and any replacement product.
If your product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately so we can contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
Shipping
Shipping charges are generally included but for unusual items, charges may apply. These are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as you received it.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
