Wooden Whale Tail Earrings

The whale signifies great size and intelligence, and you will find carvings of whales on some Maori meeting houses. Whales and dolphins were believed to help some Maori navigate their way across the South Pacific during the Great Migration and symbolize protection. 

Made using a laser cutter with reclaimed plywood offcuts and stained for a beautiful wooden effect.
